In my experience, there is no such thing as a reliable webhost, though some are more reliable than others. They all have their downtimes. To cope with that, I started to put everything up on two sites -- on the assumption that while one was down, the same material could be accessed on the other one. Rather hairtearingly, however, I found that even that was not enough to enable access to the material at all times. Sometimes BOTH sites would be "down" at the same time. I don't give up easily, however, so I now post everything on THREE sites. And that seems to work. At least one out of the three always seems to be "up" -- though which one it is varies from time to time. So if at first you don't succeed, try the next option below:
